I always check the size and I imagine the impact seeing them at the real size. The colours here are lovely, those touches of red just right. As to the moon - don't you feel Marie that we have to "develop" that consciousness of what is working and what isn't. For a long time I would turn a blind eye to my instinct of what was not quite working for me in one of my own paintings. Then I almost dragged that subconscious reaction into my conscious mind. And the more we do it the easier it becomes.
