What an exciting painting! The color of the lemons grabbed me immediately and pulled me in. I love the ruffles. I love the texture of the background and the interplay of light and shadow in the painting.
I'm a complimentary color girl so I love this purple and yellow painting. The lemons sing, the dark edges on them read true and the cloth is superb. ...am I watching too much American Idol here? ;)
