I'm daring to paint larger than I have before and I enjoy it. The colors of this painting please me as does the design and subject. Women and water seem to be a theme for me.

Great to have you back Marie and I bet you are so happy to feel settled enough to be painting again. Moving house is a total bind but hope you will soon feel at home in California. Yes the colours are great in these last two paintings and I love the insouciant air of the women and the way their curves dictate the painting's movement. Working big suits you and your favourite subject!
