Email: marie@mariefox.comI was easily tempted to paint this raspberry petit-four but it proved to be a bear. Very difficult for something so delicious to the tongue and eye. I wrestled with it for hours until it finally snapped into completeness. That's a magical aspect of painting. One can push for completion, feeling it will never happen. Then all of a sudden....hmmm, looks like that's it! Sign it.

Yum! how did you resist from eating this delicious looking morsel. What a lovely painting, your paintings always look so 'alive' and vibrant. Something I strive for but don't quite achieve mmmm.
